Recipe: Cauliflower Hummus with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This is the kind of recipe you make once… and then keep coming back to.

Cauliflower softens, chickpeas add body, tahini brings depth, and olive oil ties everything together. Blend it all, taste, adjust, and suddenly you’ve got something smooth, warm, and seriously good. Finish with a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and bring it straight to the table.

Recipe: Cauliflower Hummus with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ingredients
  • 1 medium cauliflower

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas

  • 1–2 tablespoons tahini

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2–3 tablespoons GOTA Cooking Oil

  • Salt, to taste

Total Time: 20 minutes

Prep: 10 minutes

Cook: 10 minutes

1. Start with the cauliflower
Cut it into small pieces and cook it in a pan with GOTA Cooking Oil and garlic until soft and lightly golden.

2. Bring everything together
Add the cauliflower to a blender with the chickpeas, tahini, and salt. Blend until smooth.

3. Adjust the texture
If needed, add a bit more olive oil while blending until it’s creamy and silky.

4. Taste and tweak
Check the seasoning. Add a pinch of salt or a squeeze of lemon if you want a fresher edge.

5. Finish like you mean it
Serve in a bowl and top with a generous drizzle of GOTA Finishing Oil.
