At GOTA, we want your extra virgin olive oil to arrive exactly as it should: fresh, fast, and ready to flow.

Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where we ship

We currently ship across Spain and Germany.
We’ll soon be expanding to more countries across Europe. Stay tuned!

Delivery times

Spain:
Mainland: 2-4 working days
Balearic Islands: 4-6 working days

Germany:
2-4 working days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly depending on location and demand.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Free shipping on all orders over €45.

Order processing

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 24-48 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery

All orders are delivered via trusted courier services to the address provided at checkout.

Please make sure your delivery details are correct. GOTA cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may try again or leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge additional shipping costs to resend it.

Risk and responsibility

The order becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address provided.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: orders@wearegota.com

Include your order number and a photo, so we can sort it quickly.
