This is one of them.
Golden brioche toasted in Picual extra virgin olive oil, smoky paprika butter melting into the bread, salty anchovies on top, and one final drizzle of GOTA to bring everything together.
Rich. Crispy. Salty. Very satisfying.
The kind of bite that makes everyone reach for another piece immediately.

Add the butter to a small bowl with smoked paprika, a pinch of salt, a squeeze of lemon, and a small drizzle of finishing olive oil.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Slice the brioche thick enough to that the center stays soft inside.
Heat a pan with some GOTA Cooking Oil and toast the bread until golden, crisp, and slightly caramelized on both sides. Good olive oil makes very good toast.
Spread a generous layer of the paprika butter over the warm brioche.
Place the anchovies carefully on top and let the warmth soften everything slightly.
Right before serving, drizzle with GOTA Finishing Oil and a little extra lemon and black pepper if you like.
Smoky butter, crispy brioche, silky anchovies.
Muy buena combinación 🤤
