Refund policy


At GOTA, everything should flow smoothly, including returns.

If something’s not quite right, here’s how to handle it:

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.To be eligible, the product must:
  • Be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition
  • Be in its original packaging, with the inner seal still intact
As this is a food product, we can’t accept returns of items that have been opened or unsealed, for safety and hygiene reasons.

To request a return, just email us at returns@wearegota.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake with your order. In those cases, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
