Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 ml milk
- A few strips of lemon peel
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- Sea salt
- A generous drizzle of GOTA Finishing Oil (yes, really)

Cook: 5 minutes
Chill (fridge): minimum 30 minutes
1. Warm the milk
Gently heat the milk in a saucepan with the lemon peel and a pinch of cinnamon.
2. Melt the chocolate
Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl. Remove the lemon peel from the milk, then slowly pour the warm milk over the chocolate. Let it sit for a few seconds and stir until silky and glossy.
3. Chill with sea salt
Pour the mixture onto a flat plate or shallow dish and finish with a pinch of sea salt. Place it in the fridge until set and nicely cold.
4. Finish with GOTA
Serve with an extra pinch of salt and a generous drizzle of GOTA Finishing Oil on top.
