There are meals we plan.
And then there are meals like this one. The kind you throw together on a warm afternoon when you want something fresh, easy, and very satisfying.

Room-temperature pasta. Sweet cherry tomatoes. Salty olives. Tuna. Fresh arugula. A creamy burratina set in the middle. And of course, a generous drizzle of good extra virgin olive oil bringing everything together.
Simple ingredients. Big Mediterranean energy.

Total Time: 15 minutes
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 5 minutes
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain, add a small drizzle of olive oil, and let it cool for a few minutes so it stays glossy and flavorful.
Add the pasta to a large bowl with the arugula, cherry tomatoes, tuna, and olives. Season with salt and black pepper, then toss everything together with another drizzle of GOTA Finishing Oil.
Fresh. Colorful. Already looking very good.
Place the burratina right in the center and gently open it over the pasta.
No need to make it perfect. That creamy overflowing middle is part of the magic!
Right before serving, drizzle generously with GOTA Finishing Oil.
The fresh olive oil, creamy burratina, and bright tomatoes taste like summer at the table.
Muy mediterráneo.
